Does anyone know where I can get a Really detailed medical report specific to our illness Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I am going through v bad divorce where husband is making light of my RA which hinders my earning capacity so he gets half money out of house equity, my argument is he earns v good money as acting Inspector in Met Police and is also co habiting with co worker (woman) they have between them earning capacity of £70,000 I earn £6,800.

My doctor has done a 'to whom ever it concerns letter' as has my RA consultant, but these are not detailed enough to support my case as I feel a judge wont see the illness without expert written documentation Please help.
Rebecca.

I'm wondering whether NRAS could point you in the right direction, Rebecca. Maybe ring the helpline and see what they can suggest. Otherwise, perhaps a private appointment with a specialist who can do this report for you.

Hi Rebecca,
No advice really just indignation, you'd think working for the police he'd have some sense of justice. Do you have any work related OT assessments which would help? NRAS is probably your best bet. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Hi Rebecca

NRAS helpline is marvellous I am sure they will help you. Failing that, your RA Consultant will probably give you a detailed account if you go privately if you can afford it. Make sure you find out that he can before you pay for a consultation.
